Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the characteristics and quality of Inquiry-based module teaching materials on Business and Energy materials for students of class X science. This type of research is research and development / research and development. The method used in this study is the 4-D method, which consists of the stages of refine, design, development, and dissemination. This research is limited to the development stage, namely the small, large-scale development test, and the percentage of classical completeness (%KK). The data in this study were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The research subjects included 3 material expert lecturers, 3 media expert lecturers, and 3 subject teachers as validators, as well as students of class X SMA NW Pancor as respondents. The validation of material expert lecturers got a score of 35.33; the validation of media expert lecturers got a score of 73.33; and subject teachers got a score of 51. The limited scale trial got a score of 58.28 and the large-scale trial got a score of 59.61. And obtained the percentage of classical completeness (%KK) of 88.88%. All research results show that inquiry-based module teaching materials are feasible to be developed. Keywords: Inquiry, Module, Effort and Energy
