Abstract

The purpose of this research is to building and developing an e-learning system base on Moodle as a learning tool at STKIP Hamzanwadi Selong with the result that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching performance and also student’s understanding about leaning material will be increased.  E-Learning is learning to use electronic technologies to access educational curriculum outside of a traditional classroom.  It is a teaching technique transform, from a traditional classroom to online use technology of the internet. As a college that has a good accreditation, STKIP Hamzanwadi Selong doesn’t have a learning system as a tool for learning activities, that’s why it is proper to use the e-learning system. The result: this e-learning system software who based on Moodle is eligible to apply as a supporting tool on teaching and learning activities in STKIP Hamzanwadi Selong.
