Abstract
This research has purpose for describing and exp laining 1) applying the priciple of cooperation in learning indonesian languange with a scientific approach, 2) applying the principle of cooperation in learning indonesian language with a scientific approach. The subject of his research is the student of class X SMK NW Korleko while the object of his research is the application of principles of cooperation and principle of politeness on learning indonesian languange with a scientific approach. This research uses descriptive qualitative research type. The techniques used to collect data are nonparticipative abservation techniques, rcord, refer to and record. Data are analyzed by stages, is data reduction, data presentation and inference. The results showed the application of principles of cooperation in learning indonesian languange with a scientific approach to bring the types of on the principle of cooperation as whole obeys the four types of maxim ie maxim quality, maxim quantity, maxim relevance and maxim implementation. While the form of violation is in the three types of maxim, namely the maxim of quantity, maxim of quality and implementation. In the principle of politeness there are three types of maximistic submission, he maxif of wisdom, maxim of generosity and maxim of appreciation, while there are four form of violattion of he maxim of maxim of wisdom, simplicity respect and consensus. So, it can be concluded that the application of the principle of the principle of cooperation and the principle of politeness has been well implemente however, students still need to pay attention to the norms of politeness in speaking.
