Abstract

This research aimed at analyzing the educational values in Karate Kid’s movie. The methodology of this research is descriptive qualitative. In this research the present researcher analyzed about educational value in Karate Kid’s movie. The technique of analysis data was documentation. Based on the analysis, the results of this research, those are: brave, honesty, love and affection, kind and friendly, peace, respect, sensibility and not-selfishness, and self-discipline. In addition, love and affection shown as the most dominant educational value was appearing in the movie. Keywords: Educational Values, Karate Kid’s movie
