Abstract

THE EFFECT OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL TYPE ROUND CLUB ON SELF CONFIDENCE AND MATHEMATICAL LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF CLASS X STUDENTS OF AL-HAMZAR TEMBENG PUTIK HIGH SCHOOL LEARNING YEAR 2018/2019 HUSNUL IMAN Mathematics Education Study Program [email protected] Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of round club type cooperative learning models on self-confidence and mathematics learning achievement of class X students of AlHamzar Tembik Putik high school year 2018/2019. This type of research used in this study is a type of quasi-experimental research. The population in this study were all classes in AlHamzar Tembeng Pistil High School. The sampling technique uses popusive sampling technique. Class X MIPA-2 as an experimental class while class X MIPA-1 as a control class. The research plan used was the nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The instruments used in this study are tests and non-tests (questionnaire), the analysis used in this study is a parametric statistical analysis that is by testing the hypothesis using the t test. From the research results obtained t-count <t-table is 0.00 <0.05 with a significant level of 5% using the help of SPSS IBM 2.2 software, thus the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Based on this it can be concluded that there is an influence of the round club type cooperative learning model of self-confidence and mathematics learning achievement of Class X Mathematics and Natural Sciences students of Al-Hamzar Tembeng Putik high school year 2018/2019.
